Green waves,

All for Blacks

New Zealand!

Roller-coaster riding,

Pedaling,

Braking,

Shifting,

Slow up,

Fast down!

Swimming,

Surfing,

Fishing,

Sailing,

Water and sheep,

Hills so steep,

Pills I take to get 'their!' 

A sunny morning in Pukekawa,
